TERMS: All Registered Bidders must provide a LETTER OF GUARANTEED CREDIT from a Reputable Lending Institution no later than 5:00 P.M. CDT on May 3, 2010. The successful Bidder will be required to pay a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit of the purchase price to the Trustee within 24 Hours of notification of their successful bid. The balance of the purchase price will need to be paid in full within (2-Days) or no later than the close of business on May 7, 2010. If the successful Bidder fails to post the REQUIRED DEPOSIT or is unable to fund the remainder of the purchase price within the time required, the assets will be sold to the second highest bidder.
